San Jose sits at the southern tip of the San Francisco Bay, blending suburban calm with urban energy. Nurses relocating here find themselves surrounded by rolling foothills, diverse neighborhoods like Willow Glen and Japantown, and easy access to coastal getaways. The valley's Mediterranean climate and sprawling tech-driven culture create a distinct, fast-paced yet sun-drenched Northern California lifestyle.
