Responsibilities

- Collaborate with families and referral partners to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to caregivers, supporting their professional development and enhancing their clinical skills.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, keeping our practices aligned with industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate client care outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

$120,000 – $150,000 yearly DOE + Bonus Opportunities
