Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical operations of private duty home care and licensed residential care homes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with families and referral partners to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and consistency, encouraging team members to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to caregivers, supporting their professional development and enhancing their clinical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, keeping our practices aligned with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate client care outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Compensation

$120,000 – $150,000 yearly DOE + Bonus Opportunities
