As an RN Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating nursing care for our residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassionate care are met.
Schedule
2 x 12's, Saturday and Sunday
7:00AM - 7:30PM
Every other holiday required
Option to work both weekends
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards
Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal resident care and adherence to established protocols and procedures
Report to the DON the status of residents, problem areas, and other related matter.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback and training as needed
