Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
No weekend or on-call requirements
Epic EMR experience preferred
Requirements
Active WI or Compact RN license required (pending license accepted at submission, must be obtained during compliance)
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NIHSS certification may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Prior clinic experience required
Epic charting system experience preferred
SSN and DOB required for consideration
RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
Passport-style badge photo required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
Two supervisor references required after offer acceptance
Additional Information
Responsibilities include phone triage, patient education, assisting with minor procedures, medication refills, medication prior authorizations, communicating diagnostic results, and transitional care management
Additional clinical duties may include EKG/ECG, vital signs, pain assessment, medication reconciliation, foley catheter insertion/management, and wound care
May support various specialties including cardiology, internal medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and urgent care
Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
Travelers may return to this facility only after a minimum 1-year separation
