Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide one-on-one nursing care where you can truly make a difference. At Legacy Concierge, we believe nursing is personal. As a Registered Nurse, you'll care for one patient at a time in the comfort of their home, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional, concierge-level care. Duties include delivering 1:1 skilled nursing care in the patient's home, performing comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, monitoring and documenting vital signs, administering medications safely, supporting ADLs and IADLs, performing G/J-tube feeding and medication administration, providing condition-specific management, performing basic wound care and dressing changes, completing daily clinical notes, and communicating with clinical leadership and providers.
