Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting:
- Salary: $38 - $40/ per hour
- Location: Lakemoor
- Acuity: G-tube
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm (will work in the school setting as well)

Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices. Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
