About this role

The Opportunity This is not a traditional practice management role. You’ll join at an early stage with the chance to help build a health center and a care model from the ground up. That means real ownership, real influence, and the ability to shape how clinical and operational excellence comes to life day-to-day. There is also real complexity. Building a patient panel, establishing workflows, and creating a high-functioning team takes time, problem-solving, and resilience. For the right person, that’s exactly what makes this exciting.
