- Provide high-quality, compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events
- Accurately complete daily charting and documentation
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
- Support resident mobility using appropriate equipment and follow individualized care plans
- Adhere to all established infection control and safety policies and procedures
