About this role

Registered Nurse CSU

Performs complete physical and psychosocial assessments on individuals/ patients. Performs appropriate routine tests and take vital signs. Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans.

Monitors all aspects of care including diet and physical activity. Provides education to individual and family members. Conducts assessments of individuals who are experiencing severe emotional problems, and/or substance abuse & mental health crisis situations, utilizing crisis management skills.

Maintains accurate, detailed report and records through Carelogic (electronic medical records). Maintains and insures confidentiality. Must be Dependable and Flexible.

Minimum

Qualifications

A current Georgia license to practice as a registered professional. Ability to assess, plan, and provide basic nursing skills. Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, protocols, treatments, and standards of care. Experience using Electronic Medical Records.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience as a mental health nurse. Thorough knowledge of behavioral health pharmacology. Experience in Carelogic (EMR).
