Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical histories.
Collaborate with Certified School Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ensure infection control practices are followed during all procedures.
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience in school setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and healthcare professionals.
