Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments

Collaborating with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care

Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Following all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
