Job Summary
CMC Long Beach PHP is looking for a Per-Diem Registered Nurse for our expanding PHP Programs through out Los Angeles. The RN will travel between facilities as needed. You must be a Graduate of a school of nursing with degree/diploma in Nursing. Minimum of one-year clinical experience in psychiatric nursing in an outpatient setting. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to PHP clients. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing Outpatient PHP Program. This position will help cover when we need help through out our locations.
The schedule is Saturdays.

Job Duties
Current California RN license and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
Provide professional and technical skills and services.
Must be understand this is a more administrative position.
Will be admitting patients
Provide safety, comfort, protection, and education to a population that includes young adult to elderly patients.
Previous knowledge and experience of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred.
Provide and direct patient care.
Interview, collect, and analyze data from patients.
Ability to document and carry out physician orders.
Ability to identify patient changes in condition and notify the psychiatrist.
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for College medical Center, including but not limited to
- shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that College Medical Center in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
