Kingsland Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulator Nurse with expertise in orthopedic, pain management, and spine procedures to join our team at our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The OR Circulator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the surgical environment, advocating for patient safety, and assisting the surgical team throughout procedures.

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare and maintain a sterile environment.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
• Assess patient needs and implement nursing care plans accordingly.
• Facilitate communication between the surgical team, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are available, functioning, and used appropriately.
• Assist with positioning, prepping, and draping of patients for surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of intraoperative nursing care.
• Adhere to ASC regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education programs.
