The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor/Floor Nurse to join our team on 1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM). This position includes rotating weekends and holidays. We specialize in caring for individuals with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising daily nursing operations during the assigned shift.
Supervise, support, and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Direct Care Staff to ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.
Assess residents’ health status, monitor for changes in condition, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and other physician-ordered interventions while ensuring accurate documentation.
Coordinate resident care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions, medical emergencies, and incidents, providing appropriate clinical leadership and intervention.
Complete nursing assessments, admissions, transfers, discharges, and required documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
