MAS Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to work with clients in or near Concord, New Hampshire. Provide care to patients in both a home setting and independent living facilities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care.

Evaluate clients and develop care plans, provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams, assist with promoting client independence and healing, and demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care/treatments. LPNs are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

  • RN
  • Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • 1 to 2 years prior experience
  • Active CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • COVID with BOOSTER and flu vaccinations mandatory unless medical exemption presented
  • BLS Certification
