About this role
The mission of The Waters is 'To create a sense of community where everyone THRIVES'. As the Director of Nursing (titled Director of Health and Wellbeing) you will lead the integrated care and wellbeing for the residents of our community. This position is responsible for the leadership and direct supervision of care team members who provide integrated nursing and related holistic services to our residents to create a culture of presence and purpose.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing by the state community is located
- Previous experience in health care leadership, nursing administration or other related experience
- Knowledge of and maintain compliance with all Department of Health Regulations as it pertains to senior living communities with a comprehensive home care license
- Knowledge of Eldermark software a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent supervision, management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a mode or manner understood by resident
- On call requirements
