Position

Summary

The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

Primary

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
  • Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.
  • Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.

Requirements

  • Current RN license.
  • Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
