- RN License in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
- Driver's License with insured automobile in good working order
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN License in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years OR baccalaureate degree in nursing with minimum 2 years experience, at least one in public health, home care, or hospice nursing preferred
- Hospice experience
- Driver's License with insured automobile in good working order
- Criminal background check
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills
- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing, able to lift/position/transfer patients, considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and/or crouching, visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills
