Registered Nurse Cardiology

Cardiovascular RNs assist cardiologists by offering direct care to patients with acute or chronic cardiovascular diseases. They may use electrocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular monitoring to evaluate the heart health of our patients. Responsibilities include performing cardiac procedures such as nuclear stress testing and stress echo's, assessing patients' cardiac health through physical examinations, monitoring vital signs, interpreting ECGs, providing patient education, and responding to cardiac emergencies.
