About this role

Charge Nurse with dialysis experience, responsible for overseeing daily patient care operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key duties include providing guidance and performance feedback to staff, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards including OSHA compliance, participating in patient care planning, supervising dialysis treatments, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, educating patients and families, supervising documentation, coordinating staff schedules, assisting with staff hiring and training, maintaining equipment safety, and supporting quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the applicable state, minimum 12 months nursing experience with at least 6 months in dialysis care. Preferred: Medical/surgical nursing, supervisory experience, CPR certification.
