ACCA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Day Health (ADH) team. This part-time position (24 hours per week) provides nursing oversight and care coordination for physically frail and/or cognitively impaired adults participating in a community-based medical model Adult Day Health program.
Our program provides individuals with an alternative to nursing home placement while giving families and caregivers valuable support.

Key Responsibilities
The RN will
Provide nursing oversight and supervise the delivery of nursing care to ADH participants.
Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments and evaluations.

Qualifications
Required
Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least one year of clinical experience in healthcare or social services
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Successful completion of required background check, drug screening, and physical
Preferred

Experience with chronic health conditions
