About Us
Core Health Group Corp. is a Georgia DCH-licensed Private Home Care Provider (License PHCP044400) and an approved Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provider. We specialize exclusively in in-home care for medically complex children. We believe matching each client with the right nurse is the most important decision we make, and care is curated to each individual client rather than run from a call center.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for one-on-one, high-acuity pediatric cases in the Columbus area. Our clients include children who are technology-dependent and medically complex, with needs that may include tracheostomy care, ventilator support, feeding tubes, seizure disorders, and complex neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy. This is continuous one-on-one care in the family home, not a facility caseload. Current openings are day shift, 6 to 8 hours.

- Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator monitoring as ordered
- Administer and monitor medications
- Take vital signs and perform respiratory monitoring and ongoing assessment
