Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on on night shift
  • Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and services in a safe and respectful environment
  • Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided at Spring Creek Healthcare Center
