What this means for you

Rose Urgent Care and Family Practice runs at clinic pace — scheduled patients and predictable hours. The posted pay pencils out to roughly $135k–$177k a year. Eight-hour shifts keep the days human-sized — rarer than it should be, and worth noticing.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • How does compensation work, including base pay and the productivity or RVU formula?
  • Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
  • Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage, plus CME, licensing, and DEA support?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, holiday, and rotation?
