About this role
Unit Manager - Join Our Big-Hearted Team. The Unit Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care, supervising, directing, and developing nursing staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. This role is required to be a dependable and personable liaison between residents and their families. This position assists the Director of Nursing and plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates the day-to-day functions of the unit.
