As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership and deliver professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes. Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex info.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; experienced RNs are exempt. Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; BLS certification required. Preferred: Master's in Nursing.
