- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Hospice experience (a plus)
- Computer proficient in typing and various programs, including EMR
- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
- Current driver's license
