Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who finds purpose in supporting patients and families through meaningful moments of care? Legacy Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. Territory: Fishersville. In this rewarding role, you'll deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey.
