We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON). The ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated RN leader who is committed to providing the highest level of care to our residents.
DON
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing department
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor resident care and address any issues related to quality or safety
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for audits and inspections
Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture

Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
Nursing leadership experience in long-term care is required.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
