Requirements

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred but not required) from an accredited program. (New grads considered)
- *
Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- *
Certifications
- Current BCLS certification.
- *
Experience
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- *Transportation:* Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and current auto insurance.
- *Availability:* May require after-hours on-call availability.

- Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in accordance with care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and staff development activities.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and ethical business practices.
