1st Care At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills, analytical thinking, technology proficiency, and organization, with a passion for patient care to work on a full-time basis. Come join a team of healthcare professionals where our two top priorities are our patients and staff members! We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits! Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks. Extensive Orientation Program with on-the-job training.

Job Description
- provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients
- patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated
- promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition
- provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's car
