Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks. Extensive Orientation Program with on-the-job training. The particular service area that this position foresees is Appomattox County, Buckingham County and Farmville/Prosect/Pamplin surrounding areas. Job Description: • provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients • patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated • promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition • provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's car Job Requirements: • All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified • Home Health experience is preferred, but not required • Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation.
