Registered Nurse - 9-5 clinic schedule!

The Job

Our North Cincinnati (located in Evendale) clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse. We are looking for someone who is ready for a change of pace from traditional healthcare jobs. Someone who is excited about growing our company in the Cincinnati area.

This is not your typical RN job . It has some hybrid aspects to it. The vast majority of your work will be medical, but your role will also include assisting in daily function of our clinic. Whether that be some managerial, office work, or bits and pieces of marketing for the clinic. You will also take the lead on operating our on-site lab, ensuring testing is done efficiently, and with precision. We are looking for an individual that will obsess over providing an amazing patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence and support the provider.

It is important to note that Hourly rate will heavily depend on previous experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

● Patient care: Support provider with patient visits, blood draws, injections, and running patient bloodwork in our on-site lab.

● Revenue: High ticket closing support, save membership cancellations, declined payment reach outs, quality control, assist in local ground marketing with our GM.

● Inventory : Medical supply inventory, amazon inventory, vendor management.

● Quality : Frequent compliance QA checks, patient quality control checks, reducing staff errors.

● Employee Culture : Staff management, patient google reviews, office maintenance.

● Ability to wear multiple hats and assist with clinical duties as needed.

Qualifications

● Active RN license in the state of Ohio.

● At least 3 years of RN experience. (Preferred)

● Confident leading teams and handling administrative tasks.

● Confident and skilled in giving injections. (REQUIRED)

● Confident and skilled in drawing blood. (REQUIRED)

● Ability to wear multiple hats and support various departments when needed.

● Experience in aesthetics or cash pay medicine. (Preferred)

● Management experience.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
