Role Overview This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing services for assigned patients. It includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care, and coordinating patient care based on medical protocols. The RN maintains compliance with safety standards, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control practices, with a focus on optimal patient discharge outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assessing and planning patient care Supervising delegated staff Supporting hospital emergency protocols and codes Fulfilling hospital incident command system duties during emergencies Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards Providing comprehensive nursing care in alignment with established standards Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing school Current licensure or certification to practice nursing CPR certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk management, and emergency procedures Excellent coordination and leadership abilities
