Float Nurse/Internal Staffing Agency - Work for one company up to 40 hours/week! RN Rate: $46/hr (plus differentials). LPN Rate: $43/hr. (plus differentials). If you are a RN or LPN come join our internal agency working in our North Shore locations: Seacoast 292 Washington St, Gloucester, MA; Ledgewood 87 Herrick St, Beverly, MA. Internal Staffing Agency RN/LPN Benefits: Competitive pay • Shift differentials, Flexible schedules. Internal Staffing Agency RN/LPN Requirements: At least 1 year of nursing/nursing home experience. Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents. Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care. Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing. Maintain safety of residents. Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
