Welcome to the Family! The Family Health Centers is the largest physician-owned family medicine practice in Western North Carolina, proudly serving patients in Asheville, Arden and Hominy Valley. We offer a range of services including lab, X-Ray, bone density, etc.
Medical Assistant duties include
Working with the provider to deliver quality patient care by obtaining vital signs, chief complaints, standing orders, chart review, patient correspondence, and procedure /lab documentation.
The Certified Medical Assistant will participate in quality improvement in a clinical setting and assist with patient self-management.
The successful applicant will deliver immunizations and medications: IM, PO, SQ, otic and optic.

1 year experience or Medical Assistant Certification
