Requirements
- RN
- A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing required; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma may be substituted
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice required
- Continuing education credits maintained as required by state
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical nursing strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in renal nursing preferred
- Case management experience required, or 3+ years of related care coordination experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
- Current CPR certification required
