Registered Nurse - Home Infusion

Grace Infusions is a family-owned, nurse-led agency that partners with specialty pharmacies to deliver high-quality infusions in the comfort of patients' homes. We're looking for RNs who enjoys independent practice and one-on-one patient care Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas. Flexible scheduling (part-time/PRN) with the opportunity to become full-time and weekly competitive pay and mileage reimbursement. Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies according to established protocols. Monitor patients for adverse reactions during infusion therapy and respond appropriately. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and potential side effects. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and overall well-being. Travel to patients' homes across Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas to start and monitor IV medications. Perform focused assessments, troubleshoot line issues, and teach patients & families about the medication.
