Located in the heart of Zanesville, The Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a premier skilled nursing facility committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee and manage the nursing care within a designated unit, ensuring the highest standards of care and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. As the Assistant Director of Nursing at The Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your assigned unit, including direct supervision of nursing staff, overseeing patient care delivery, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being of each resident.

Requirements
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a nursing team
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
