*What You’ll Do*
- Assess and manage patients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care.
- Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist.
- Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff to address health concerns and foster a supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Build trust and compassion with patients, promoting recovery and well-being.
*Your Skills and Experience*
- *Required*:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with at least *1 year of experience*.
- Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- A caring and collaborative mindset.
*Preferred but Not Required*
- Experience in *psychiatry* (on-the-job training provided).
