About this role
Southeastern Renal Dialysis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Team Lead to oversee and coordinate our Home Dialysis Program for patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). This leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while supervising and supporting RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Technicians, and Home Therapy Care Team Assistants. The Clinical Team Lead ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and strong patient outcomes.
Essential duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for home dialysis patients; training patients on safe home dialysis therapy; administering medications; supervising clinical staff; ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations; and participating in scheduling and on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays.
