Work in the Emergency Department of a critical access, non-trauma hospital with 25 staffed beds
Patient ratios of 1:3-4
Day shifts on a 3x12 hour schedule with rotating weekends required
Variable day and evening shift start times (0700, 1000, or 1200)
No night shifts, on-call, or floating between units required
Uses Epic charting system
Teaching hospital setting
Requirements

Active WA state or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience required
Required
ACLS, BLS, nihss, PALS, tncc

Epic charting experience required
Skilled in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and emergency response
Experience with IV therapy, phlebotomy, central line care, and blood product administration
Experience managing patients on continuous IV sedation and vasopressors
Skilled in BiPAP/CPAP management, ABG interpretation, and care of ventilated patients
Experience with isolation precautions, PPE, and triage
2 supervisory references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required
