We are currently seeking a RN Unit Manager to join our team as a leader on our Pediatric unit. Benefits to working at the Phoenix Center: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K retirement plan Advancement opportunities Paid time off Service awards Responsibilities as a Unit Manager: Responsible for the daily operations of a nursing unit within the facility Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs and participate in their evaluations including competency checklists Assist in solving clinical and administrative problems Supervise care delivery systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Provide clinical expertise in medical, behavioral, and crisis management Participate with the Interdisciplinary Team in developing, implementing, and evaluating a means to achieve resident care goals Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to accomplish facility and patient-care goals Provide regular resident status updates to appropriate personnel Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident Assist nursing personnel to act in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and regulatory requirements Provide excellent customer service to our residents and families Communicate with families and physicians regarding our residents Requirements for a Unit Manager: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) Point Click Care: 1 year (Preferred) Excellent communication skills The Phoenix Center provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment. #INDUN
