The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, strong patient communication skills, and a collaborative spirit aligned with our mission and values. * Qualifications: * * Master’s Degree in Nursing (Required) * Active Arizona APRN License * Minimum 1 year experience as an APRN * Prescriptive authority & DEA registration * Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care * Alignment with the mission and core values of Hometown Healthcare * Responsibilities: * * Perform comprehensive physical examinations * Review and update patient medical records * Order and interpret diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.) * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions * Develop individualized treatment plans * Prescribe medications in accordance with evidence-based practice * Educate patients and families on prevention and wellness * Promote preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle practices * Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling * Participate in continuing education and professional growth *Skills & Competencies:* * Expertise in primary, acute, and chronic care * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance * Excellent communication with patients and staff * Strong ethical foundation * Positive, team-oriented attitude * Desire to grow clinically and personally *Work Schedule & Benefits: * * One clinic location * No weekends * Paid holidays * Paid time off * Dental/Vision If you feel called to practice medicine in a setting where faith, service, integrity, and clinical excellence come together — we invite you to apply and become part of a team committed to loving our neighbors through exceptional care.
