Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical. Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient care team on day shift. The Med Surg RN provides observation and inpatient care for patients admitted to the Medical Surgical Unit. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- BSN preferred but not required
- Minimum two (2) years of Med Surg experience strongly desired
- Current Colorado RN license in good standing
- Current AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers
- ACLS certification required (or must obtain within 3 months of hire)
- PALS certification required (or must obtain within 3 months of hire)
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
