We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position from 7a-3p, responsible for supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily care activities under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include
Monitoring and evaluating nursing care delivery and staff performance
Conducting shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services
Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly
Providing reports and recommendations to leadership
Coordinating nursing services with other resident care teams
Qualifications
Current RN license and peripheral IV certification
At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year in geriatrics or subacute care
Management experience and a BSN preferred
CPR/BLS certification
Effective communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
