Full-Time Day / 7AM - 7PM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts).
Compensation:
$52.00 - $67.93 (Based on Experience) +
• Shift Differential. Inpatient rehabilitation hospital committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. Responsibilities include directing assigned nursing personnel, serving as resource person and consultant, providing and overseeing nursing care, maintaining approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC. Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Promoting continuous quality improvement. Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Valid State RN License required
Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Certified BLS required
Certified ACLS or completion in the first 6 months of employment required
CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements

BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred
Post offer employment testing (POETs) completed as part of onboarding process
