This position involves partnering with nurse leaders to coach, mentor, and support nursing initiatives and student programs. The role includes developing action plans to implement nursing student programs enterprise-wide and validating leadership competencies in clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and managing programs to prepare nursing students for clinical practice and employment. Provide coaching and training to nursing leadership to ensure effective program outcomes and sustainability. Lead the implementation of new care modalities and identify best practices for potential adoption across the organization. Collaborate with nurse executives on strategic initiatives, mentoring leaders in evidence-based practices. Evaluate program effectiveness, review operational procedures, and collaborate on priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
