Role Overview

This position involves partnering with nurse leaders to coach, mentor, and support nursing initiatives and student programs. The role includes developing action plans to implement nursing student programs enterprise-wide and validating leadership competencies in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and managing programs to prepare nursing students for clinical practice and employment.
