- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Behavioral Science; Three years experience in mental health or related setting; Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota; Basic Life Support Certification; Preferred: Certified Registered Nurse; For Nurse Liaisons in Behavioral, completion of de-escalation and self-defense training and retraining every two years or as often as required.
