As part of our family-owned and operated organization, you’ll work under the supervision of an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) while delivering exceptional care that prioritizes dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Schedule
- 7:00 – 7:30 Shifts Night Position (Full-Time (priority) and PRN)
- *Location:* Lithonia, GA 30058
- *Setting:* Small group home environment supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

What You’ll Do
*
- Provide professional nursing care and medication administration as directed by the RN.
- Monitor patient health, document progress, and communicate changes promptly.
- Assist with personal care needs, emotional support, and behavior management.
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Uphold all regulatory and agency standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.

- *Active Georgia LPN license* in good standing.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately.
