Cape and Islands Endoscopy Center is looking to add a per diem LPN to our team. We are a fast paced Endoscopy Center located in Hyannis, MA. We operate Monday to Friday 6:00am- 4:30pm. We have a position available anywhere from 2-4 days a week, 8-10 hour work days based on the needs of the center. Per Diem employees do accrue sick time per hours worked up to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

- Assisting Physicians during procedures.
- Following patients in recovery to discharge.
- Overseeing patient and staff flow and monitoring those policies and procedures are followed.
- Additional duties include maintaining the emergency cart, ordering and inventorying medication, giving pre-procedure instruction and participating in Quality Management projects.
Qualified candidates will possess the following
- Endoscopy or Ambulatory Surgery experience preferred
- PACU experience highly preferred.
- Current MA state LPN license required.
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications required, or obtained within 6 months of employment (reimbursement available for obtaining these certifications upon hire)
- Must be a team-player with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism.
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
