We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Sweetwater, TX. The ER RN will provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have recent hospital-based Emergency Room experience and be comfortable caring for a variety of emergency and acute-care patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Perform patient assessments, triage, monitoring, and reassessments.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and hospital protocols.
Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN program .
Active Texas RN license or Compact RN license .
Minimum 1+ year of recent Emergency Room RN experience in a hospital setting .
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency-care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
